Care we provide
If you are reading this trying to work out whether your thing is
worth an appointment, it probably is. Call and describe it. The
front desk can usually tell you in a minute.
Prices below are what a visit costs without insurance. With
insurance, most of these are a copay. Either way you will be told
the number before anything is booked.
Family medicine
5 kinds of visit
The everyday work of a practice: the annual visit, the thing that has been going on for three weeks, and the conditions that need someone watching them over years.
Annual physical
40 minutes
$210 without insurance
A full review once a year: blood work, blood pressure, medications, and whatever has changed since last time. Most people leave with one or two things to act on and a clear reason for each.
Forty minutes. Come fasting if you want labs drawn the same morning.
Same-week illness visit
20 minutes
$145 without insurance
Sore throat, cough that will not clear, a urinary infection, a rash that is spreading. If you are not sure it warrants a visit, call and describe it. The front desk can usually tell you within a minute.
Twenty minutes. Rapid strep and urine testing are done in the building.
Ongoing conditions
30 minutes
$165 without insurance
Diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid, cholesterol, asthma. These do not need heroics. They need the same person looking at the same numbers a few times a year and adjusting before anything drifts.
Thirty minutes, usually every three to six months once things are steady.
Minor procedures
30 minutes
$240 without insurance
Skin lesion removal, joint injections, ingrown toenails, abscess drainage, sutures. Done here rather than sent on, which usually means this week instead of next month.
Thirty minutes. You will be told the cost before anything is scheduled.
Medicare annual wellness
45 minutes
No charge on most plans
The yearly visit Medicare covers in full. It is not a physical — it is a review of medications, memory, falls, and what preventive care you are due. Worth doing even when nothing is wrong.
Forty-five minutes. No copay on most Medicare plans.
Pediatrics
4 kinds of visit
Newborn through eighteen, with Dr. Lindqvist keeping his own patients from the first week onward. The point is that by school age, your child is not meeting a stranger.
Newborn and first-year visits
30 minutes
$175 without insurance
The schedule of checks in the first year, starting within a few days of coming home. Weight, feeding, sleep, and the questions you did not want to ask the hospital.
Thirty minutes. First visit is booked before you leave the hospital if you call ahead.
Well-child check
30 minutes
$160 without insurance
Growth, development, hearing and vision, and vaccinations if you are due. A chance to raise anything you have been noticing — speech, eating, mood, school.
Thirty minutes, yearly after age three.
Sick visit
20 minutes
$140 without insurance
Fevers, ear pain, rashes, breathing that sounds wrong. Same-day slots are held every morning specifically for children, and Saturday mornings are open for this.
Twenty minutes. Call before eleven for a same-day slot.
School and sports physical
20 minutes
$95 without insurance
The form the school or league needs, done properly rather than in a queue at a pop-up clinic in August. Bring the form and it goes home signed.
Twenty minutes. Book from June onward to avoid the August rush.
Women's health
4 kinds of visit
Routine care, contraception, and the beginning of a pregnancy, handled here rather than referred out. Dr. Raghunathan holds the whole service.
Well-woman exam
30 minutes
$195 without insurance
The yearly visit including cervical screening when you are due. Also the visit where most people finally mention the thing they have been meaning to ask about.
Thirty minutes. Most insurance covers this in full as preventive care.
Contraception
30 minutes
$150 without insurance
A conversation about what fits your life, not a default prescription. Pills, implants, and IUDs are all discussed, and IUD placement and removal are done here.
Thirty minutes to discuss. IUD placement is booked separately, usually within two weeks.
Early pregnancy
40 minutes
$185 without insurance
Confirmation, dating, first blood work, and a plan for the months ahead including which delivering practice you want. Come in as soon as you have a positive test.
Forty minutes. We coordinate the handoff to your delivering provider.
Menopause and perimenopause
40 minutes
$175 without insurance
Sleep, temperature, mood, cycles that have gone strange. This is a long appointment on purpose, because it is rarely one question and it is rarely quick.
Forty minutes. Bring a rough record of the last few months if you have one.
Without insurance, an established visit is $145 and a new patient visit is $210, payable on the day. There is no separate facility fee. Ask the front desk for the cost of anything before you agree to it.
