A first appointment, start to finish
New patient visits are forty minutes and are usually the longest appointment you will have here. That is deliberate — it is the one where we build the record everything else runs on.
-
Before you come
Call or use the booking form. The front desk checks your insurance while you are on the phone and tells you what the visit will cost you.
-
Arriving
Come fifteen minutes early the first time. Paperwork is two pages. Park in the lot behind the building and use the Cedar Street door.
-
The appointment
A medical assistant takes vitals and your history, then your provider comes in. New patient visits are forty minutes, and they are usually the longest one you will have here.
-
Afterwards
Labs are drawn in the building before you leave. Results and any next step come back by phone or portal message, usually inside two days.
Insurance we take
Checked while you are on the phoneIf your plan is not on this list, call anyway. Some plans cover us out of network at a rate worth knowing about, and the front desk can check yours in a couple of minutes.
